Indian markets are likely to open flat tracking global indices and SGX Nifty.

US stocks moved mostly lower over the course of the trading day on Wednesday. With the drop on the day the major averages added to Tuesdays slim losses. The Dow fell by 0.5 percent to 25673 and the Nasdaq slumped 0.9 percent to 7505.92.

U.K. stocks were moving higher on Wednesday as the pound extended losses for a fifth day amid fears that negotiators are struggling to make a breakthrough in crunch Brexit talks. The FTSE 100 rose by 0.2% to 7183.

On domestic front Indian shares rose for the third day running on Wednesday despite mixed cues from global markets as investors awaited more clarity on SinoU.S. trade talks and Brexit negotiations. The benchmark BSE Sensex was up by 0.5% to 36636 at the end of trading session.
