• DRA should be an existing client of Angel One Ltd.
• This offer is not applicable for Angel Refer & Earn.
• For DRA to be eligible for the income, the referee needs to open an account within 30 days of submission of the lead.
• If any client so referred already exists in the records of Angel One, as an existing client or a potential client, then such client's referral shall not be considered as an eligible referral and consequently no fees shall be shared.
• All the account opening formalities and verification will be carried out by Angel One, and it reserves the right to reject the opening of any account if the same has been observed to be in contravention of any regulatory requirements or not in accordance with the internal code of conduct.
• Angel One reserves the right to terminate this arrangement or withhold payment of any referral fees if the DRA is found to be engaged in any fraudulent or manipulative activity or is involved in the misuse of the company's proprietary and/or intellectual rights, including brand name, etc.
• Angel One reserves the right to carry out checks and controls as it deems fit and proper before disbursal of the amount.
• Angel One reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change, alter, or discontinue the offer and alter the terms and conditions from time to time.
• Any grievances related to the above scheme/offer/campaign would not be entertained on the Exchange Platform.
• If the details provided for referrals are incomplete, incorrect, or invalid, the DRA who has provided the reference shall not be entitled to any reward under the DRA Program.
• The DRA confirms having obtained the consent of the person referred to for contacting him on his provided mobile number and providing his/her details.
• DRA should not induce the client for trading and generating brokerage.
• No advice should be given by the referral to the clients introduced.
• DRA will not have access to the trading terminal to put the trades on behalf of the client.
• Referral will not have access to the data of the trading activity of the clients introduced by them.
• Sales > MIS > Client Onboarding report should only be referred to for checking the lead status of the onboarding users and should not be considered for payout calculation.
• The dashboard of the referral should not show client-wise brokerage earned and the share of the referral client-wise. We can show the total brokerage earned across all the clients and the referral's share out of the same.
• I hereby declare that the details furnished are true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge and belief, and I undertake to inform you of any changes therein, immediately. In case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I am/we are aware that I/we may be held liable for it and undertake that:
• I have not been convicted for any offence in the past and presently not under trial for any offence involving fraud and dishonesty.
• I further confirm that I am not a defaulter/expelled on any Stock/Commodities Exchange.
• I shall periodically provide bank/demat statement as may be required by Angel One.
• I also confirm that I am an Indian Citizen and pay my taxes in India.
• I am not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP).
• I/We acknowledge that the details and information of clients provided by Angel One Limited or Authorized Person of Angel One Limited shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties except as otherwise required by law or any regulatory authority.
