Indian markets are likely to open Negative tracking global indices and SGX Nifty.
Following the mixed performance seen last week stocks moved mostly higher during trading on Monday. The major averages all moved to the upside after ending the previous session in negative territory. The Dow up by 1.12 percent to 29591 and the Nasdaq up by 0.22 percent to 11880.
U.K. stocks rose on Monday as investors reacted to more positive news on the vaccine front and watched the status of trade negotiations between the U.K. and the European Union. The benchmark FTSE 100 up by 0.3 per cent to 6351.
