Indian markets are likely to open flat tracking global indices and SGX Nifty.
US stocks After moving to the downside early in the session stocks remain mostly negative in midday trading on Monday. The major averages all remain in negative territory partly offsetting the upward move seen last week. The Dow edged down 0.6 percent to 27051 and the Nasdaq dipped by 0.5 percent to 8136.
The UK stocks ended mostly lower on Monday as investors stayed cautious amid rising geopolitical tensions in the Middle East after drone attacks on Saudi oil facilities. The FTSE 100 was down by 0.6 percent to 7321.
On domestic front Indian market fell on Monday with shares of staterun oil marketing companies succumbing to heavy selling pressure as the latest attacks on Saudi Arabia oil facilities sent oil prices soaring. The benchmark BSE Sensex was ended down by 0.7 percent to 37123.
