Job Title: VOC & Feedback Program Intern

Location: Bangalore

About the Project

We’re working to solve a fundamental challenge: How can a fast-moving organization stay deeply connected to its customers — and act on feedback at scale?

As our VOC & Feedback Program Intern, you will help reimagine and strengthen the way customer feedback is collected, triaged, tracked, and acted upon — across journeys, tools, and teams.

This role is equal parts innovation and accountability. On one hand, you’ll identify smarter ways to categorize and route feedback. On the other, you’ll help ensure nothing slips through the cracks, and every product ask or issue reaches the right team and is followed through to closure.

This is a hands-on, high-impact internship where your work will directly influence product, CX, and process operations — with real visibility and learning.

What You Will Do

• Understand how customer feedback (VOC) is currently captured and managed across journeys and teams
• Analyze real VOC data and surveys to spot recurring themes, issues, and product requests
• Map existing feedback flows — from intake to closure — and identify bottlenecks or gaps
• Support ongoing tracking of current VOC items and help ensure follow-ups and ownership clarity
• Document the entire process so it can be scaled with minimal manual effort

Who You Are

• Undergraduate/postgraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Product, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking — you enjoy finding clarity in multiple systems/datasets
• Familiarity with tools like Excel/Sheets; knowledge of Jira, SQL, or workflow tools is a plus
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple moving parts
• Passionate about customer experience, product processes, and operational excellence
