All orders placed on 25-Jan in the Equity and Derivative segment will be settled on Monday, 29-Jan.
The funds from shares sold on 25-Jan will be available for withdrawal on Monday, 29-Jan.
No payout will be processed on 26-Jan, 27-Jan and 28-Jan.
All withdrawal requests placed from 25-Jan evening 5:30pm till 29-Jan morning 7am will be processed and credited on Monday, 29-Jan 2024.
We would like to inform you that we have scheduled maintenance on 26-Jan-2024, impacting funds pay-in and payout.
The scheduled maintenance activity is between 8am to 6pm and will have the following impact:
Users can add funds during the maintenance period. However, the update of the trading balance and ledger for successful transactions during this time will be done after the maintenance is completed.
New withdrawal requests cannot be initiated during this period
Existing withdrawal requests cannot be canceled during this period.
