As per NSE’s circular, Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has announced the allotment of 1 equity share of Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd (listing pending) for every 1 equity share of Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd.

Also, all existing F&O contracts of Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd with expiry dates of 27-Jan, 24-Feb, 31-Mar will now be expiring on 13-Jan-22.

The MOTHERSUMI F&O Contracts for the above expiry dates will be re-introduced for trading on 14-Jan-22. The list of option strikes from which specific strike prices would be made available for these contracts will be communicated via a separate circular to be issued on 13-Jan-22 post market hours.
