Per a circular, Signpost India Ltd has announced the allotment of equity shares to Pressman Advertising Ltd. shareholders w.e.f 22-Sep-23. 1 equity share with a face value of Rs.2/- each of Signpost India Ltd. to be issued as fully paid up equity shares for every 1 fully paid up equity share with a face value of Rs 2/- each held by shareholders of Pressman Advertising Ltd.
