Amalgamation of JMC Projects (India) Ltd. and Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd.
As per a BSE circular, Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has announced the allotment of equity shares to JMC Projects (India) Ltd. shareholders w.e.f 11-Jan-23. 1 equity share with a face value of Rs.2/- each of Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. to be issued as fully paid up equity shares for every 4 fully paid up equity shares with a face value of Rs 2/- each held by shareholders of JMC Projects (India) Ltd.
It is hereby notified that the following security will be suspended from trading w.e.f 11-Jan-23.
