MicroSectors FANG+ Index -3X Inverse Leveraged ETN Equity-NMS: FNGD

The MicroSectors™ FANG+™ Index -3X Inverse Leveraged ETNs are linked to the performance of the NYSE FANG+™ Index. The ETN offers investors the total return of the NYSE FANG+™ Index on a daily compounded -3x inverse leveraged basis, before taking into account fees. The NYSE FANG+™ Index includes 10 highly liquid stocks that represent a segment of the technology and consumer discretionary sectors consisting of highly-traded growth stocks of technology and tech-enabled companies. The index’s underlying composition is equally weighted across all stocks, providing a performance benchmark that allows for a more value-driven approach to investing. While the performance of indices weighted by market capitalization can be dominated by a few of the largest stocks, an equal-weighting allows for a more representative portfolio. Due to the compounding of daily returns, returns over periods other than one day will likely differ in amount and possibly direction from the target return for the same period. These effects may be more pronounced in funds with larger or inverse multiples and in funds with volatile benchmarks. Investors should monitor their holdings as frequently as daily.
