The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Company in name and style of Kesar Impex (India) Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation ... dated November 05, 2003 issued by Asst. Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Further, the name of Company was changed to 'Kesar India Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated November 10, 2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Subsequently, Company got converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting dated November 19, 2021 and the name of Company was changed to 'Kesar India Limited' to reflect the legal status of Company pursuant to conversion, a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was granted by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra dated December 15, 2021.
