About Macrotech Developers
Macrotech Developers Ltd is mainly involved in the real estate development business. It was incorporated as Lodha Developers Private Limited in 1995. In 2005, the company launched Lodha Paradise in Thane. In 2008, it received an investment of ₹16,400 million from Deutsche Bank in Cowtown Infotech Services Private Limited. After 3 years, It acquired the Wadala land parcel through an auction process conducted by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority.
The company continued its business growth and expanded into the UK by acquiring two development sites in Central London, including the Canadian High Commission, in 2014. The year 2018 witnessed several milestones, including the acquisition of five acres of land parcel in Jogeshwari, the launch of the Seamont project in Walkeshwar, and follow-on fund-raising of USD 125 million on 12% USD bonds due in 2020.
In 2020, the company repaid the bond of USD 325 million and raised the fresh bond of USD 225 million due 2023 by its subsidiary, Lodha Developers International Limited. In 2021, the company went public after launching an IPO and got listed on BSE and NSE.

- Residential Property: Under this segment, the company deals with affordable and mid-income housing projects and premium and luxury housing projects.
- Logistics and Industrial Park: The company is engaged in constructing logistics and industrial parks under this business avenue.
- Commercial Property: Under this business segment, it constructs office and retail projects.
