  • Exchange rate fluctuations: In 2021, Latent View generated 96.17% of its income from outside India. Thus, the company is exposed to foreign exchange-related risks, and a significant/frequent fluctuation in the Indian Rupee and other currencies would adversely affect its operations.

Threats

Threats

  • Rising inflation: Rise in inflation in India or countries where Latent View operates would increase costs of transportation, raw materials and wages etc. If this happens, the company will not be able to increase its cost of price/services in proportion, leading to a decline in cash flows and its financials.
  • Financial instability in other countries: Historically, the Indian economy has always been affected by financial turmoil in countries like Russia and Asia. Instability in other parts of the world could cause a worldwide recession which would adversely affect this company.
