About SPDR Portfolio Mid Cap ETF

SPDR Russell Small Cap Completeness ETF (the Fund), formerly SPDR Dow Jones Mid Cap ETF, seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the total return performance of the Russell Small Cap Completeness Index (the Index) that tracks the performance of mid to small capitalization exchange traded the United States equity securities. The Russell Small Cap Completeness Index measures the performance of the Russell 3000 Index companies excluding S&P 500 constituents. The Fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the Index. In addition, the Fund may invest in equity securities that are not included in the Index, cash and cash equivalents or money market instruments, such as repurchase agreements and money market funds (including money market funds advised by the Adviser). SSgA Funds Management, Inc. is the Fund’s investment advisor.
