The investment seeks investment results before fees and expenses that track the performance of the S&P 500® Dividend Aristocrats® Index (the "index"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities (i.e., securities of the index and comparable securities that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities of the index).
