About iShares Residential Real Estate Capped ETF

iShares Residential Real Estate Capped ETF (the Fund), formerly iShares FTSE NAREIT Residential Plus Capped Index Fund, is an exchange-traded fund (ETF). The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the FTSE NAREIT All Residential Capped Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of the residential, healthcare and self-storage real estate sectors of the United States equity market. Components primarily include real estate investment trusts (REITs). The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Index. BlackRock Fund Advisors is the Fund’s investment adviser.
