Invesco SP MidCap Momentum ETF Equity-NMS: XMMO

PowerShares Fundamental Pure Mid Growth Portfolio (the Fund), formerly PowerShares Dynamic Mid Cap Growth Portfolio, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the Dynamic Mid Cap Growth Intellidex Index (the Index). The Index is designed to provide capital appreciation while maintaining consistent accurate exposure. The Style Intellidexes apply a ten factor style isolation process to objectively segregate companies into their appropriate investment style and size universe. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Fund invests in sectors, such as consumer staples, energy, financials, health care, industrials, information technology and materials. The Fund’s investment advisor is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
