In Nov.'93, the company took over the assets of Rishil Exports group. It also acquired Patel Paper Products, another group firm, on lease. It acquired the above two firms situated at Ankleshwar, for manufacturing hot stamping foil. At Silvassa, it is in the process of constructing a new plant. It commenced commercial production at the acquired plants in Nov.'93. The company has a technical collaboration with Foilmark, US, for the manufacture of hot stamping foil. It also has a 30% buy-back arrangement with the collaborator for a period of ten years.
