The Company was formerly incorporated in December, 1986 as 'Shaba Chemicals Limited'. The Company name was then changed to Satiate Agri Limited from Shoba Chemicals Limited on August 8, 2023. Earlier, the Company engaged in the business of Pharmaceutical Chemicals. Thereafter, it has changed the object from Chemicals Business to Agriculture Business on November 17, 2022.
The Promoters, Board of Directors and entire management team are putting their stern effort to come out from the adverse financial circumstances and to achieve targeted turnover in the segment of agriculture projects.
