Route Mobile is a Cloud Communication Platform provider catering to enterprises, over-the-top (OTT) players and mobile network operators (MNO). In 2004, the company commenced its operations in India. It started as an aggregator of traffic to gain MNO access in 2014. In the subsequent year, it finished a successful transition from an aggregator model to a direct enterprise model. During the same year, the company opened offices in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia. This helped Route Mobile grow its sales team in global markets. The company continued its inorganic growth and finished acquisitions of 365squared, Cellent Technologies, Start Corp India and Call2Connect in 2017. It maintained its focus on operational growth and developed Next Gen services like RBM and OTT messaging in 2018. In 2020, the company went public after a successful Initial Public Offer (IPO) and got listed on the NSE and BSE. • Business Process Outsourcing: It provides client support, technical support, booking and collection services through this segment.

• 365squared Ltd: It is a wholly-owned subsidiary engaged in the business of inter alia providing technology services for mobile communications with a focus on SMS filtering, analytics and monetisation.

Sandip Gupta, Chairman and Non-Executive Director Sandip Gupta is the Chairman and non-executive Director of the company. He is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University. In addition, Sandip is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is the Promoter of Route Mobile and has been associated with the company since its inception. He has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited and Covansys (India) Private Limited before incorporating Route Mobile. Rajdip Gupta, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer  Rajdip Gupta is the MD and CEO of the company. He is one of the company's founders and is among the youngest tech entrepreneurs globally.
