The name of the Company has been changed from Autopal Industries Limited to RNIT AI Solutions Limited in February, 2025. Earlier, the Company, a part of the Autopal Group was promoted by Autolite India with the main objective to manufacture automobile lamps and bulbs. The Company came out with a public issue in 1992 and set up two units at Sanganer in Rajasthan and Gurgaon in Haryana. The main products consists compact fluorescent lamps, halogen bulbs for general lighting and automobiles and headlamps for two and four wheelers including the new-generation vehicles. Autopal forayed a wide products range of Energy saving lamps CFL , MHL, Down lighters, LED Series &Tube light. The Company has changed the name to RNIT AI Solutions Limited, as a forward-thinking tech company at the forefront of innovation, specialising in providing cutting-edge enterprise-level solutions that empower our clients to thrive in the digital age. A core part of its business is providing AI-based facial recognition solutions for identification and attendance management. RNIT AI Solutions Limited is a technology company that provides AI-powered solutions for digital transformation, primarily for government and enterprise clients in India. The Company engages in developing and implementing artificial intelligence, data analytics, and Internet of Things (IoT) frameworks to help organizations streamline processes and enhance services. On October 24, 2025, the Board approved the creation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, RNIT Smart AI Solutions Private Limited, to develop AI-driven video analytics and smart devices for Industry 4.0.
