PPFAS Mutual Fund Boosts Petronet LNG Stake; Cuts Holdings in Dr Reddy's, Maruti Suzuki, and Others in June 2026

In June 2026, PPFAS Mutual Fund bolstered its investment in Petronet LNG while paring down its stakes in Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Maruti Suzuki India, Wipro, and CMS Info Systems. The fund did not fully exit any companies during the month, as per The Moneycontrol news report.
Petronet LNG as a New Addition
The PPFAS Flexi Cap Fund initiated a position in Petronet LNG by acquiring 1 crore shares, assigning the stock a 0.2% weight in the portfolio.
Additionally, the PPFAS ELSS Fund also took a new position in Petronet LNG, acquiring 2 lakh shares, thereby giving the stock a 0.1% weight in its portfolio.
Adjustments in Existing Holdings
In addition to the new investments, the Flexi Cap Fund increased its stakes in Amazon.com, ITC, Bharti Airtel, HCL Technologies, Bajaj Holdings & Investment, Axis Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Indraprastha Gas, Cipla, Infosys, Mahanagar Gas, EID Parry India, Tata Consultancy Services, Indian Energy Exchange, Zydus Lifesciences and Maharashtra Scooters.
June 2026 also saw a reduction of 8.4 lakh shares in Dr Reddy's and 1.5 lakh shares in Maruti Suzuki in this fund.
Meanwhile, in the ELSS Fund, Wipro's holding decreased by 2.8 lakh shares, while CMS Info Systems saw a reduction of 1.3 lakh shares.

Top Portfolio Holdings and Sector Exposure
HDFC Bank was the largest holding for both funds. In the Flexi Cap Fund, it constituted 8.33%, followed by Power Grid Corporation at 6.23%. In the ELSS Fund, HDFC Bank had an 8.23% weight. Banks composed the largest sector allocation, with varying percentages in different sectors like IT Software, Automobiles, and Power.
