About Vaishno Cement Co
Vaishno Cement Company Limited was incorporated on 26th November 1992 at Kolkata in the name of 'Vaishno Cement Company Private Limited'. The Company changed its name to Vaishno Cement Company Limited on 30th July 1993 and obtained Certificate of Change of Name from ROC, West Bengal. Initially, Company was engaged in the business of broking & commission activities.
Presently, Company is engaged in manufacture of Portland slag cement based on vertical shaft kiln (VSK) technology. The Company sells cement under the brand name 'Vaishno Cement'. In 1995, the company raised money from the public through initial public offering.
