The Company was converted into a public limited company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to SPS Finquest Limited anda fresh certificate of incorporation reflecting the new name was issued on April 5, 2013. The Company is a NBFC registered with RBI to carry on NBFC Activities under Section 451A of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 dated February26,1998.We operate as a Non Deposit taking Non-systemically Important Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC-ND) engaged primarily in the business of advancing loans and investing/trading in securities.
