SPA Capital Services Limited is a public limited company incorporated on July 20, 1984. The Company is registered with Reserve Bank of India as a Non-Deposit Accepting Non Banking Financial Institution. It is engaged into providing Wealth Management and Financial Advisory services to institutions, corporate and individuals. The company's revenue is mainly derived from sale of securities, brokerage income from distribution of Mutual Fund and other financial products, income from interest and dividend. With effect from February 07, 2019, the Equity Shares of the Company are being listed on the BSE Limited (BSE). The Company has entered into Listing Agreement with BSE Ltd. in terms of provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 within the prescribed time limit. During the year under review 2019, the Company obtained registration as Point of Presence - Sub entity (POP- SE) from Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) for providing various facilities to the Subscribers under the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and rendering other services as specified under the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013.
