Provestment Services Ltd is engaged in the business of Travel and Tour agent approved by IATA, RBI approved Full fledged money changer and Management Consulting and Project Financing. The company is based in New Delhi, India. The company has three outlets in Delhi to cater to the clients located in different parts of the city. Provestment Services Ltd was incorporated on May 11, 1994 as a Private Limited with name Provestment Capital Services Private Limited. Pursuant to a special resolution, the Company became a public limited company and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation with the name Provestment Capital Services Limited was issued on February 17, 1995. The name of the company was changed to Provestment Services Limited with effect from November 6, 1998. The Company was promoted by Arvind Kumar Narang, Sonika Bhatia, Praveen Bhatia, Vinod Ralhan, Harish Bhatia, Satish Bhatia, Raj Bhatia, Ved Prakash Bhatia and other group companies. It started its business as Category II Merchant bankers by consulting companies in their project financing endeavors and assisting companies in their capital raising plans through capital markets. The company ventured into full fledged money changing business and also has started its domestic and international ticketing business. During the year 2010-11, the Company obtained Licence from Reserve Bank of India to open four branches at Indira Puram (Ghaziabad), Jallandhar, Amritsar and Indore. In that, two branches namely Indira Puram and Amritsar are operational as of now. The other two branches would be operational very soon. The Company has been planning to open offices in overseas countries to promote the travel business. The Company is in advanced stages of talks with interested concerns in USA for opening the company`s first overseas office.
