The company has entered into an JV with one of largest business housed of Bangladesh to tap the market for its Micro Finance software solution IMP@CT. The company is looking for similar tieups to address prospective clients of IMP@CT in Africa, East Europe and South America. OTCO is in the process of incorporating a new company in association with the Open Net Inc. to tap the opportunities in the Health Insurance Sector. The company has inked an agreement with Planet Finance of France, a reputed global micro finance institution in October 2003 to function as their MIS partner in India initially and in other global destinations in the future.
