Om Galaxy Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Om Galaxy Precision Mould Crafts Private Limited', under the Companies Act, 1956, dated October 08, 2008 with the Registrar of Companies, at Mumbai. Further, the name of the Company was changed to 'Om Galaxy Private Limited' dated October 16, 2024. Subsequently, it was converted into a Public Limited company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Om Galaxy Limited' with effect from December 9, 2024. Currently, the core business of the Company include use of specialised design software for mould engineering, development of moulds to client specifications, manufacturing of moulds for diverse applications focusing on quality and consistency. Since 2008, the Company has focused on pipe fittings and industrial moulds being used for building materials mainly pipes, fittings, sanitaryware and plastic & polymer processing industry. With the advancement of technology, the size and complexity of the moulds also evolved. From producing moulds of 400- 600 mm dimensions initially, the Company gradually increased the capacity weighing upto 6-7 tons. The Company also ventured into the automotive industry by establishing OMG Auto, which specializes in manufacturing precision moulds being used for plastic injection and blow moulding products for automotive and auto components in FY 2019. In 2021, the subsidiary, Infuse HRS was incorporated to manufacture hot runner systems, which are components used in plastic injection moulding applications. In 2025, the Company has identified the cleaning products division used in households and several commercial as well as non-commercial establishments. The Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with the SEBI & is planning to issue 96,00,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each through fresh issue.
