In year 2002-03, the activities in the Project Consultancy Sector declined which has affected Business and profitability of the company due to adverse market conditions. The Company is rendering services mainly to SME Sector. The enquiries for new project assignments in SME sector is likely to pick up and there is good potential in times to come. In the past, it became difficult for small merchant banking companies and consultancy outfits to survive. The global consulting firms made good progress in the country. All these factors made it difficult for the industry to grow. The trend, however, is becoming clear and only those companies will survive which are par excellence in their core field. Apart from this, the consultancy for restructuring, amalgamations, merger, demergers, spin-off etc. have suddenly developed. Company has focus on these along with consultancy in projects, fund raising, public offerings and dispute resolutions services. The same has shown result after the establishment to National Company Law Tribunal which has become reality.
