About Gokak Textiles
Gokak Textiles Limited was incorporated in 2006. The Company operates in one segment, textiles. It is engaged in manufacture of cotton yarn and knitwear. Its products include slub yarn, organic cotton yarn, recycled yarn, special fibers, canvas fabrics and dyed yarn.
The Company`s fellow subsidiaries include Forbes & Company Limited, Forbes Doris & Naess Maritime Limited, Forbes Technosys Limited, Volkart Fleming Shipping & Services Limited, Eureka Forbes Ltd. and Forval International Services Ltd.
On January 17, 2012, the Company formed a wholly owned subsidiary Gokak Power & Energy Ltd.
