HRH Next Services Limited was originally incorporated as Private Limited in the name of 'HRH Next Services Private Limited' on February 02, 2007 issued by Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, Company got converted into Public Limited and the name of the Company changed to 'HRH Next Services Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 25, 2023 in Hyderabad issued by RoC. HRH Next Services Ltd, headquartered in Hyderabad, is a leading premium provider of vernacular contact center solutions, catering to diverse industries across India. With operations spanning 8 locations, it specializes in delivering customized, language-driven customer experience services that transcend sector boundaries. The Company is engaged in the business of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offering Call Centre Services, covering Inbound Services, Outbound Services, Backend Support, Chat Support, Email Support, etc. In 2018, the Company started operations in Triveni Complex, Hyderabad and thereafter in Coimbatore, in 2021, it started operations in Bangalore, in 2022 at Warangal, in 2023 at Nizamabad and thereafter, in Kazipet, Uppal. The Company launched the IPO of 26,58,000 equity shares by raising Rs 9.57 crores on December 29, 2023. On 28th March 2024, the Company set up a New Delivery Centre at Tumkur, Karnataka. In 2025, Company launched AINA, a vernacular AI services division to integrate AI technologies across the customer experience (CX) and BPO platforms.
