In the previous trading session, benchmark indices traded cautiously as investors assessed domestic corporate announcements alongside broader market developments. 

Market participants are expected to monitor company-specific updates, including strategic partnerships, investment plans, stake sales, management changes and project developments that could influence stock-specific movement during today’s session. 

Embassy Developments 

Embassy Developments announced the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh for a proposed large-scale commercial development project in Lucknow. The planned investment is estimated at around ₹1,500 crore and is expected to strengthen the company’s presence in the commercial real estate segment. 

NLC India 

NLC India’s subsidiary, NLC India Renewables, has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA) for the establishment, operation and maintenance of 1,000 MW green energy projects in Odisha. The initiative aligns with the company’s renewable energy expansion strategy. 

Bharti Airtel Ltd 

S&P Global Ratings upgraded Bharti Airtel’s long-term issuer credit rating to BBB+ from BBB. The agency also raised the rating on the company’s senior unsecured debt. The upgrade reflects expectations of continued earnings growth driven by rising data consumption across India and Africa, supporting further debt reduction. 

HCL Technologies Ltd 

HCLTech expanded its partnership with Nokia to accelerate the adoption of autonomous networks through AI-driven network automation and co-development of network automation applications. The company has also been selected by Nestlé as a strategic partner for a long-term AI-led efficiency transformation programme, reinforcing its position in digital transformation services. 

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) 

Sunil Agrawal has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of Life Insurance Corporation of India. The resignation will take effect from 14 July 2026 and will remain in focus as investors assess the management transition. 

Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) 

The Government of India has exercised the oversubscription option in the ongoing offer-for-sale of IRFC shares. An additional 11.24 crore equity shares, representing 0.86% of the company’s paid-up equity capital, have been included, increasing the total offer size to 24.3 crore shares or 1.86% of equity. 

Jubilant Pharmova Ltd 

Jubilant Pharmova’s subsidiary, Jubilant Generics, received a rectification order for Assessment Year 2023-24, reducing total tax adjustments from ₹107.89 crore to ₹42.41 crore. The relief restores tax losses amounting to ₹65.48 crore, providing a positive development for the company.

Sterlite Technologies Ltd 

Sterlite Technologies opened its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue on 24 June with a floor price of ₹613.69 per share. The fundraising initiative will be closely monitored by market participants. 

ICICI Bank Ltd 

The Reserve Bank of India has approved ICICI Bank’s proposal to acquire an additional shareholding of up to 2% in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company. The approval will help the bank maintain its stake above the 50% threshold, subject to regulatory conditions. 

Delhivery Ltd 

Alpha Wave Ventures exited part of its investment in Delhivery through the sale of 1.44 crore shares, representing a 1.93% stake. The transaction was valued at approximately ₹664.7 crore and was executed through bulk deals. 

Pine Labs Ltd 

Actis Pine Labs Investment Holdings sold 2.39 crore equity shares, representing a 2.08% stake in Pine Labs, for ₹371 crore. During the transaction, Axis Mutual Fund acquired 96.15 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.83% stake, worth ₹148.07 crore. 

Shadowfax Technologies 

Mirae Asset Late Stage Opportunities Fund sold 56.5 lakh shares, representing a 0.97% stake in Shadowfax Technologies, through a bulk deal valued at ₹119.78 crore. 

Avience Biomedicals Ltd 

Avience Biomedicals is expected to remain in focus following its SME market listing. Investors will closely monitor trading activity and market response during the initial sessions after listing. 

India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd 

India Motor Parts & Accessories Promoter Gita Ram acquired an additional 71,559 shares, representing a 0.86% stake, for ₹8.01 crore. Simultaneously, Pari Washington India Master Fund sold 1.22 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.47% stake, through a bulk transaction. 

Conclusion
