Several stocks are likely to remain in focus during today's trading session following company-specific developments, quarterly business updates, project announcements and regulatory developments. 

Investors will track updates across sectors including real estate, power, infrastructure, automotive, retail, jewellery and consumer businesses. 

Godrej Properties Ltd 

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, in partnership with Godrej Properties and RC Group, has announced the first phase of a landscaped bayside promenade at Bandra Bay in Mumbai. The development is likely to keep the real estate company in focus. 

Tata Power Company Ltd 

Tata Power has partnered with Norway-based renewable energy technology company Ocean Sun to bring membrane-based floating solar technology to India. The companies will undertake a 300-kWp floating solar pilot project at Tata Power's Mulshi reservoir in Maharashtra. 

RPP Infra Projects Ltd 

RPP Infra has decided to withdraw from and discontinue its participation as Joint Developer in the proposed Legend 96 residential project. The company cited delays in approvals, financing challenges, proposed security arrangements and changes to the agreed revenue-sharing arrangement. 

ASK Automotive Ltd 

Rajasthan GST officials conducted inspection and search operations at ASK Automotive's manufacturing unit in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, on October 6. The company said it provided the required documents and clarifications and that there was no material impact on its financials, business operations or other activities. 

Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd 

Jubilant FoodWorks reported an 11.9% increase in consolidated revenue to ₹2,608.7 crore, while standalone revenue rose 11.6% to ₹1,885.8 crore. Domino's India recorded like-for-like growth of 4.1%. 

The company added 108 stores, taking its total store count to 3,820, while Domino's India added 88 stores to reach 2,601 outlets. 

Senco Gold Ltd 

Senco Gold reported a 31% increase in total revenue, with retail revenue rising 29%. Same-store sales growth stood at 19%, while diamond jewellery sales value increased 40% and sales volume rose 7%. 

The company opened six new showrooms, taking its network to 215 stores. The company expects strong seasonal demand in the December quarter, supported by wedding-related gold demand. 

TD Power Systems Ltd 

TD Power Systems launched its qualified institutions placement issue on October 7 with a floor price of ₹775.35 per share. The company is seeking to raise up to ₹600 crore through the QIP, according to reports citing sources. 

Allcargo Terminals Ltd 

Allcargo Terminals reported total volumes of 61,800 TEUs in September, down 7% from the same month last year and 6% from the previous month.

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd 

The board of HAL approved the appointment of Anindya Biswas, DS & DG (Aero), DRDO, as a part-time official Director and Government Nominee Director of the company. He replaces K Rajalakshmi Menon, with the appointment effective from October 7 until further orders, subject to shareholder approval. 

HCL Technologies Ltd 

HCLTech is expanding its operations in South Africa with the launch of a new regional headquarters in Johannesburg. The facility will include an AI Centre of Excellence and is intended to strengthen the company's technology innovation and delivery capabilities in the region. 

Ola Electric Mobility Ltd 

The board of Ola Electric Mobility approved 37.02 crore rights equity shares worth ₹999.73 crore at ₹27 per share. The record date for determining shareholders eligible for the rights entitlement has been fixed as October 13. 

The rights issue will open on October 22, 2026, and close on October 30, 2026. 

MRF Ltd 

Following a rectification application filed by MRF, the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Kerala, passed a rectification order reducing the total tax demand from ₹91.53 crore to ₹36.19 crore. 

The matter relates to export clearances and declaration forms under sales tax for the financial year 2014-15. 

Fino Payments Bank Ltd 

Fino Payments Bank reported that accounts opened in September declined 17% year-on-year to 2.45 lakh. Average total deposits increased 13% to ₹2,794 crore, while renewal income rose 20% to ₹28 crore. 

Transaction business throughput declined 10% to ₹3,469 crore. 

Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd 

Gujarat Pipavav Port reported a 17% year-on-year increase in container cargo volume to 1.92 lakh TEUs. Dry bulk cargo volume declined to 0.94 million MT from 1.05 million MT, while liquid cargo volume fell to 0.32 million MT from 0.38 million MT. 

PC Jeweller Ltd 

PC Jeweller reported consolidated revenue growth of 28%, supported by healthy consumer demand. The company also received remittances of ₹142 crore from its outstanding export debtors and achieved debt-free status after repaying its outstanding debt. 

Mainboard and SME Listings  

Vishal Nirmiti and Nityas Gems & Jewellery are scheduled for mainboard listings.  

While Dove Soft, Sollfege Smart Electronics, EverestIMS Technologies, Eventions, Omara Ventures India, SJP Ultrasonics and Shree TNB Polymers are scheduled for SME listing. 

Conclusion
