Bosch Global Software Technologies has exercised the oversubscription option under the ongoing Offer for Sale (OFS) to the extent of 2.02 lakh shares, representing 0.75% equity. This is in addition to the base offer size of 19.63 lakh shares, or 7.22% equity. The total offer size has therefore increased to 21.66 lakh shares, representing 7.97% equity. The OFS is scheduled to close on 19 June.
