About Marg Techno-Projects
Marg Techno-Projects Limited was originally incorporated on 15th June, 1993, in the name of Marg Finance Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently, name of the Company was changed to Marg Techno-Projects Limited w.e.f. 5th August, 1996 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Company is involved in providing financial services.
Company is registered as a Non-Deposit Taking NBFC (Base Layer), operates primarily in the gold loan and demand loan segments, while also offering other structured credit products.
During FY 2024-25, Company was committed to a customer-centric business model and strengthened its regulatory compliance framework in alignment with RBI, SEBI, and Companies Act requirements. The Company emphasized in strengthening credit appraisal and monitoring processes and ensuring Asset Liability Management (ALM).
