PI Industries Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved the dividend of ₹10 per equity share of face value of ₹1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Company has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share (i.e., 1000%) on shares with a face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval by the Members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Including the interim dividend of ₹6 per share already paid during the year, the total dividend for FY 2024-25 amounts to ₹16 per equity share. If approved at the AGM, the final dividend will be credited or dispatched to eligible shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
The Company has fixed Thursday, August 7, 2025, as the Record Date to determine shareholders eligible to receive this final dividend.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, the company reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹469 million, indicating stable performance in a dynamic market landscape.
Revenue from operations came in at ₹14,419 million, underscoring sustained customer confidence and the robustness of its service offerings.
On August 5, 2025, PI Industries share price (NSE: PIIND) opened at ₹4,145.00 and closed at ₹4,118.00, down by 0.48%. The stock price touched its day’s low at ₹4,091.30.

The company had also declared a dividend of ₹6 per share in the previous year, with a record date of February 14, 2025. Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the dividend.
