Vadilal Dairy International (formerly known as Super Milk Makers) was incorporated as a private limited company in Jul.'87 and was converted into a public limited company in May '93. In 1994, the company diversified to manufacture milk, butter, cheese, ghee, malted milk food, infant milk food, skim milk powder and casein. It set up an integrated diary at Sinnar, Maharashtra, which was financed by a public issue in Jun.'94. The dairy products are marketed under the Dairi-Rich brand name.
