Shree Shubhlabh Infoline.Com (SSICL) was originally incorporated on 12th June, 1986, as "Guardian Travels" to carry on the business of tourists & travel agent and transport. On 15th March 1991, the name of the company was changed to "Esquire Industries". On 4th Feb., 2000 the name was changed to Shree Shubhlabh Infoline.Com and its main object of business to Information Technology and telecommunication networks related business. The company is promoted to by Mr Baldev Singh & Mr Mohit Sharma. In April 1990 the company came out with its first public offer of 999800 equity shares at par aggregating to Rs 1 crore. Again in Sept. 1995 the company issued 4000000 equity shares at a premium of Rs 40/- per share. The company is engaged in the business of software development & sales, Training, E-commerce services, Software related consultancy services. Its products and services are well accepted in the market and over a period of time it has developed strong customer base nationwide. The company plans to take requisite steps by bringing in the essential professionals and infrastructure to provide solutions and intergrate systems for transacting business across the internet. At present it is involved in the domestic market of software development, software sales and solution provider. Now, with a view to encash the revolution in the IT sector in india, the company intends to enter into strategic association with the small and medium size IT companies. The company foresees software exports as the major thrust area and also bright future of small and medium size technological company because of lower overheads, professional promoters, sound management and talented and skilled staff. During the year Dec'2002, the name of the company was changed to T. Spiritual World Ltd.
