About Srestha Finvest
Srestha Finvest Limited (formerly known as M S Investments Ltd) is a non-banking finance company incorporated in the year July 22nd, 1985. Non-Banking Financial Companies are integral part of Indian Finance System. They play an important role in the financial sectors due to better consumer service, continuous reduction of non performing assets (NPA) and with their focused operations relating to their products and customers. The company has currently only one operating business line segment i.e., financial sector.
The company during the year 2017 has split face value of its equity shares from Rs 10/- each to Rs 2/- each.
The company during the year 2017 had issued 50000000 preferential warrants having Face value of Rs 2/- each (effective post split) @ Rs 2.50/- per share to non-promoters. All the said warrants were fully paid and converted by the warrant holder's into 50000000 equity shares of F.V Rs 2/- each.
