Robokidz Eduventures Limited was incorporated on December 23, 2014 as a Private limited company under Companies Act, 2013, with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 21, 2026 was issued by the Central Processing centre. The Company provide integrated solutions comprising laboratory setup, curriculum design, training modules and academic support services, enabling educational institutions to implement robotics and artificial intelligence-based learning programs through a single service provider. The integrated approach covers the entire lifecycle of a project, including requirement assessment, infrastructure setup, content delivery, teacher training and ongoing academic and technical support. This enables coordination between infrastructure and curriculum components to facilitates seamless execution, while also supporting long-term engagement with customers. Apart from this, it provide subscription-based robotics, AI, coding and STEM learning programs through Young Engineers Garage (YEG) subscription model, providing students with structured learning content, hands-on project kits and digital learning resources. Additionally, it provide manpower deployment, robotics and STEM workshops, boot camps, summer camps and technology-based skill development programs aligned with the core educational offerings. It mainly provide these solutions to schools and educational institutions through educational laboratory setup projects, subscription-based learning programmes and other educational services. The Company opened its first Young Engineers Academy centre at Mundhwa, Pune, by entering into the direct-to-consumer (D2C) education division in 2025. Robokidz Retails Private Limited was made a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in 2025. The Company has extended the business operations by setting up centres in Malad (Mumbai) and Baner (Pune) in FY26. Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI & is planning for IPO of 30,50,000 Equity shares of Rs 10 each through Fresh issue.
