Ravelcare Limited, originally incorporated and registered as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of 'Ravelcare Private Limited' dated November 29, 2018 issued by Central Registration Centre was converted into a Public Limited and the Company name was changed to 'Ravelcare Limited', vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 14, 2024 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
