Nivi Trading Ltd was incorporated on 29th May, 1985 as a public limited company in the state of Maharashtra, India.to carry on business as Traders, Retailers, Whole-sellers, Exporters etc. of chemicals, dyes, pharmaceuticals, and other general dyes. Subsequently in the year 1993-94 Mr. R.D. Shroff along with his family and investment companies acquired 74.90% of the equity capital of the Company. With this, Mr. R. D. Shroff and family became the promoter of Nivi Trading Limited. .
