Indian equities may see stock-specific activity today as investors track corporate developments, stake sales, business updates, new listings and management changes. 

Several companies have reported developments involving acquisitions, asset monetisation, trading volumes, institutional transactions and changes in senior management that could influence their shares during the session. 

Persistent Systems Ltd 

Persistent Systems has secured 75.68 lakh equity shares of Nagarro SE, representing approximately 61.15% of the company's outstanding share capital, through a voluntary public takeover offer. Persistent Systems had earlier acquired an approximately 22.10% stake in Nagarro under a share purchase agreement with Lantano Beteiligungen GmbH. Its aggregate shareholding in Nagarro stood at 83.25%, excluding treasury shares, as of September 17, 2026. The company plans to delist Nagarro from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. 

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd 

The Board of IRB Infrastructure Developers has granted in-principle approval to monetise non-core assets through the phased development of land parcels measuring around 350 acres out of the 1,100 acres owned by Aryan Infrastructure Investments at Taje and Pimpaloli villages in Pune district. The initiative also covers the redevelopment and rehabilitation of part of the land parcels measuring around 3,500 square metres owned by Ideal Road Builders at Chandivali in Mumbai. 

Allcargo Terminals Ltd 

Allcargo Terminals recorded total volumes of 65,600 TEUs in August 2026, registering a 6% year-on-year increase and a 5% rise from the previous month. The monthly volume update is likely to remain on investors' radar as the company reports operational performance. 

360 ONE WAM Ltd 

The Board of 360 ONE WAM has approved the appointment of Aashish Agarwal as Chief Executive Officer and key managerial personnel with effect from February 15, 2027. Karan Bhagat will continue as Managing Director until July 26, 2030, subject to the existing terms. He has also been appointed Vice Chairman and Managing Director with effect from February 15, 2027. 

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd 

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the opening of Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Nashik. This is the group's first hotel in the city and expands its presence in Maharashtra. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. 

Pine Labs 

Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte, owned by Mastercard Incorporated, has sold its entire 4.31% stake in Pine Labs, comprising 4.97 crore shares, for ₹933.57 crore. The shares were sold to 13 domestic and global institutional investors at ₹187.75 apiece. Buyers included ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, Societe Generale, Citigroup Global Markets Singapore, Ghisallo Master Fund, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, Kotak Mahindra AMC, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, Edelweiss MF, Franklin Templeton MF and other institutional investors. 

RHI Magnesita India Ltd 

Dalmia Bharat Refractories sold 2.29 crore equity shares, representing an 11.1% stake in RHI Magnesita India, for ₹825.88 crore. The transaction formed part of the 12.54% stake held by Dalmia Bharat Refractories as of June 2026. The shares changed hands with SBI Mutual Fund, Bandhan Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund and Clarus Capital 1 at ₹360 per share.

Veegaland Developers Ltd 

Promoter and founder Chittilappilly Thomas Kochuouseph acquired an additional 2.69 lakh shares, representing a 0.55% stake in Veegaland Developers, for ₹3.7 crore. The shares were acquired at ₹138.46 each. 

Mazda Ltd 

Croll Reynolds International Inc sold a further 2.42 lakh shares, representing a 1.21% stake in Mazda, for ₹5.91 crore at ₹243.51 per share. Sharmin Nasser acquired 1.6 lakh shares for ₹3.89 crore at ₹243.23 per share. Croll Reynolds International Inc held a 7.23% stake in Mazda as of June 2026 and has sold a 2.52% stake, or 5.05 lakh shares, over the last three sessions. 

Hero Motors Ltd 

Hero Motors is among the companies whose shares are set to debut on the mainboard. The listing is expected to keep the stock in focus as investors track its market debut and trading activity. 

SS Retail Ltd 

SS Retail is also scheduled for a mainboard listing, putting the company among the stocks likely to attract market attention during today's session. 

Jindal Supreme (India) Ltd 

Jindal Supreme (India) is set for a mainboard listing and will remain in focus as investors monitor its market debut and initial trading activity. 

Conclusion 

Stake sales, business volume updates, asset monetisation plans, management changes and upcoming listings are expected to keep several stocks in focus during today's trading session.
