About LS Industries
Lifestyle Fabrics was incorporated as a private limited company in 1993. It was subsequently converted into a public limited company vide a special resolution passed at the extra-ordinary general meeting of the company and a certificate for change of name consequent upon the conversion of the company was issued. The company was promoted under the leadership of Aditya D Mahadeva as its chairman.
The company was set up to undertake a project to manufacuture jacquard woven furnishing fabrics to be used as upholstery materials, curtain materials and made ups like cushion covers, table mats, wall hangings, etc. It is now focussing on cotton fabrics for made up exports.
The company is still focusing on cotton fabrics for made ups to service international brands.
