Purshottam Investofin Limited was incorporated in India on 04th November 1988, registered with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Non-Banking Financial Company dated 14 May, 2003. The Company is primarily engaged in the lending business. It also engages in trading of securities. During the period 2012-2013, the Company was involved in corporate restructuring. Through the Scheme of Arrangement dated March 22, 2013, Loire Impex Private Limited, Rhone Sales Private Limited, Omura Developers Private Limited and Zeal Computech Private Limited were amalgamated with the Company and the Investment Business of the Company got demerged into Catalyst International Limited. The Company allotted 3277600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- fully paid up on 14th August 2013 to the shareholders of Loire Impex Private Limited, Rhone Sales Private Limited, Omura Developers Private Limited and Zeal Computech Private Limited for consideration other than cash as per the scheme of Arrangement. In 2024-25, Middle Path Trading Private Limited and Shiraj Marketing Private Limited have been amalgamated with the Company, making the Scheme of Arrangement effective from April 01, 2024. As per the terms of the Scheme, the Board, in its meeting held on March 24, 2025, has allotted 23,37,303 fully-paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each to the eligible shareholders of Middle Path Trading Private Limited and Shiraj Marketing Private Limited effective on February 28, 2025.
