Kkrrafton Developers Ltd (formerly known as Sequel E- Routers Ltd) is a public limited company incorporated in June 15th, 1992 in Ahmedabad, State of Gujarat. The company is mainly involved into the business of infrastructure activities. During FY 2014-15, the face value of the company has been consolidated from Rs. 1/- to Rs. 10/- each. During FY 2016-17, for the purpose of development and enhancement in the upcoming future, the company changed its object as purchase of land, plot (immovable properties), sale and resale of properties, construction and developments of building, roads, complex etc. During the year 2016-17, with regard to change in the object, the name of the company has been changed from Sequel E-Routers Ltd to Kkrrafton Developers Ltd with effect from 09 March 2017.
