About Challani Capital
Indo Asian Finance was incorporated in 1990 with the objects of engaging into hire-purchase, leasing, bill discounting, inter corporate deposits, forex service, dealing in primary market investment and fixed deposits. Since inception the company has been continuously making profits in its operations and from 1992-93 declering dividends to its shareholders without a break. The company was started with a nominal capital of rs.25 lakhs.
Indo Asian finance ltd is a public limited company with its shares listed in bombay and madras stock exchanges. The company is registered with the reserve bnank of india as non-banking finance company. The company is classified by the RBI as a asset finance company (deposit taking).
The day-to-day operation of the company are carried out by a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals who are guided by an enterprising board of directors.
