Gabriel Pet Straps Limited was originally formed as Limited Liability Partnership Firm under the name and style of 'M/s. Gabriel Pet Straps LLP' on November 12, 2020. The Company was thereafter converted from Partnership Firm to a Public Limited Company 'M/s. Gabriel Pet Straps Limited' on August 03, 2023 and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 03, 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Gabriel Pet Straps Limited is engaged in the manufacture of Polyester (PET) Straps, an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to steel strapping, used extensively across industries such as steel, aluminium, cotton, paper, construction, timber and packaging. It operates irom its modern manufacturing facility at Rajkot, Gujarat, with an installed capacity of B-15 metric tonnes per day. Apart from these, the Company is led by Managing Director, Mr. Shah Jay Pareshbhai and Whole Time Directors, Mr. Varasada Vimal Dayabhai and Mr. Kavathiya Vivek Dharmendrabhai. They are involved in the critical aspects of our business, including expansion, process and plant, finance, sales and marketing etc. The Company is having major presence in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Telangana. It manufacture on extrusion lines using technology equipped with optimum quality control and testing machinery, ensuring the standard of quality. Pet straps are in different size, colour along with the additional option of printing directly on the Straps. On February 2, 2024 Company came up with the IPO of 7,98,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 8.06 crore through fresh issue. Company incorporated Gabriel Ingrevia Limited., a wholly owned subsidiary on April 9, 2025.
