Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), a flagship company under the Adani Group, was incorporated on March 2, 1993. The company has built several unicorns, Adani Power, Adani Transmission, Adani Ports & SEZ, Adani Total Gas and Adani Green Energy. In 1994, Adani Enterprises released its IPO of 12,61,900 shares and was listed on BSE and NSE. The company has been one of the contributors to building a better tomorrow for India. - Edible Oil and Foods - The company entered the FMCG sector through their joint venture Adani Wilmar Limited (AWL) between the Adani Group and Wilmar International Limited - Singapore. AWL is a publicly listed company in India that offers edible oils, basmati rice, wheat flour, soya chunks, sugar, besan, soaps, etc.
