Tech Mahindra reported a strong performance for the first quarter on a year-on-year basis. The company's consolidated net profit increased 31.7% to ₹1,486.3 crore, while revenue rose 17.7% to ₹15,711.9 crore. Dollar revenue grew 6.1% to $1,660 million and EBIT margin expanded to 14.4% from 11.1%, reflecting improved operational efficiency.
WeWork India Management narrowed its consolidated quarterly loss to ₹4.3 crore compared with a loss of ₹14.1 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue increased 27.7% to ₹683.8 crore, indicating continued growth in workspace demand.
Borosil Renewables returned to profitability during the first quarter by reporting a net profit of ₹86.8 crore compared with a loss of ₹166.6 crore a year earlier. Revenue also increased 17% to ₹405.7 crore, highlighting improving business momentum.
Servotech Renewable Power System secured an order for a 900 kW solar rooftop project covering 12 locations from the Rural Development Department of Uttar Pradesh. The order strengthens the company's presence in India's renewable energy infrastructure segment.
Maruti Suzuki announced that it will challenge the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission's order directing the company to replace a customer's vehicle with a new E20-compatible model. The company stated that the vehicle was already compatible with E20 fuel and cited evidence of fuel contamination as well as factual omissions in the Commission's order.

Buoyant Opportunities Strategy and Buoyant Opportunities Strategy-III purchased 20 lakh shares valued at ₹53.8 crore, while BofA Securities Europe SA and Bank of India Mutual Fund also acquired significant stakes in separate transactions.
PC Jeweller's board approved raising up to ₹1,000 crore through the issuance of equity shares via a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) in one or more tranches to strengthen its capital base.
Coal India received a commissioning certificate from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency for 200 MW of solar power capacity under its 300 MW solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat, marking progress in its renewable energy initiatives.
